Trisha Goldsby

"I want to be your dentist, your children's dentist,
and if possible, your grandchildren's dentist. We will treat you like family. I will do everything I can
to present your treatment needs in a clear, caring manner."

Dr. Trisha Goldsby

I was born in California and then moved to Tenino, Washington, where I grew up with my brother Derec, and parents Tom and Trudie. I graduated from Tenino High School, Centralia Community College, University of Washington and Creighton University Dental School.

I entered the United States Army when I was 17 years old, not intending to attend college. After the first day of basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri I quickly changed my mind and utilized the GI Bill for my education. While in the Army I traveled to third world countries and received a medal and recognition for sheltering 2 children while under fire in Haiti. Along with the medal I was nominated and awarded with the honor of running with the 1996 Olympic torch thru Tenino.

Before entering Creighton University I married my high school sweetheart Shawn Goldsby, whom I have been happily married to since 1997. We have 2 wonderful boys, Kynan and Lawsen, and enjoy fishing, camping, hiking, biking, running and just about everything else in between. I treasure my family and feel very blessed to have them all in my life!

Dr. Andrew J. Cole

I was born and raised in Chehalis, WA. After graduating W.F. West High School in 2007, I went to Centralia College for 2 years. Then I transferred to Washington State University Vancouver where I received my Bachelor’s of Science Degree in 2012. During my last year at WSU Vancouver, I volunteered at the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington as a dental assistant. I also job-shadowed Dr. Goldsby and several other dentists in Chehalis and Centralia. Seeing the dentist's ability to relieve pain and improve a patient's smile solidified my decision to become a dentist. I went on to complete my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Washington in 2017.

On the weekends, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my girlfriend, Bridget, and our dog, Cece. Whether it's camping, biking, fishing, or bow-hunting, the Pacific Northwest has something to enjoy year round. I'm excited to be back in my hometown and to have the opportunity to build lifelong relationships in this great community!
